The facilities were fantastic, the restaurant downstairs served absolutely devine food, the fitness and spa area was beautiful and relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, well stocked mini bar, fantastic bathroom, comfortable and huge bed and the thirstiest towels and robes ive ever had the pleasure of drying off with..... For the first time ever I have to say that this hotel is a 10/10. absolutely fantastic in every possible way.
I can not think of a single lapse in quality of service, staff, rooms or facilities. Simply impossible to fault!

An unexpected challenge awaits
The location was a highlight, central to nightlife and attractions. Spa facilities offered a serene escape, perfect after long days of sightseeing.
Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. Overly salty food left a sour taste in the otherwise luxurious atmosphere. The lighting system in the room was confusing and hindered our comfort.

Stylish place, interesting design of interiors. Neither big nor small, 5* and near the historical center just what I was looking for. Almost everything was excellent.
It was strange not to find toothbrush and comb in the room in the hotel of such level. Only simple continental breakfast is in price included, I would prefer buffet style.

Breakfast is not open buffet, only a limited menu to choose from

Excellent architecture, high-quality spa treatments, rooftop dining experience
The lack of hot water during peak times is unacceptable!!! Communication issues among staff led to confusion about services offered. The consistent inconsistency in cleanliness around the hotel really diminished any sense of luxury!!!

Delicious selection for breakfast with scrambled eggs and salmon, for example. Huge and trendy room, with a comfortable bed. Truly great building in the middle of Belgrade.

Wonderful hotel with very good location.
A bit poor continental breakfast (but you can choose from menu too for extra money)

Belgrade vibes and a lekker stay 🇷🇸
The staff really goes out of their way, especially this waiter who remembered my order like a champ. Spa was a total chill spot and the cocktails in the lobby bar were on point! First time in Belgrade, and the experience was just fab!
A bit noisy with the nightlife nearby, but it added to the city's vibe!

Everything. Great location, excellent service, comfortable rooms, nice spa/gym, and I love the soap and breakfast.

By far the nicest hotel in Belgrade, with an excellent kitchen (good from breakfast through dinner) and a lovely pool.
Not much. The gym is under-equipped with inferior treadmills, an odd Technogym cable system, and - bad for a hotel of this price - no free water. The TV lineup is quite limited and a little eccentric. That's about it.

The excellent location was good. Staff went out of their way to create a pampered atmosphere.

Everything was simple and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is absolutely central - 2 min from pedestrian district, 5 min from Dorcol cafes, 3 min from Kalemegdan fortress. I read there was a swimming pool, but expected a big bath tub as in most centrally located hotels - surprisingly, the pool is about 50m long.
There is no buffet breakfast.
